	Quartersawn Oak Monumental Carved Sideboard Circa 1890's Best Carved-to-Death Oak Sideboard I have ever seen All Original Over 8' tall with Huge Relief Carved Curved Center Crest with the North Wind Mustache Man in High Relief Carving Carved from a single board over 5" thick and 13" tall Band sawed out for the curve Mustache Man has Ear Rings Cornucopias with Stylized Fruit and Leaves Doweled on side Crowns with finger Carvings Relief Carved Borders underneath the Crown Moldings Curio Cabinets on either side with Original Beveled Glass on all Three Side and Mirrors in the Back Large Center Beveled Mirror under Canopy with Serpentine Drape Carving in Front and Egg and Dart Molding around the Mirror The Cabinets have Rope Twist Carvings on either Side and are supported with Carved and fluted Columns as well as Winged and Breasted Ladies with Pierce Carved Serpents Tails. The Top of the Piece has Five Mirrors and Six Pieces of Beveled Glass which are all original The Base has Three Drawers with Relief Carved Fronts and Original Brass Handles and Key Hole Covers Large Right Side Drawer is Felted and Sectioned Four Doors, the Two Larger outside ones, have Carved Winged Griffins in High Relief with some Wild Tails The Two Inside Doors have Carved Wolves Heads in Deep Deep Relief (almost 3") and are set at 45%.
